Tokyo
Contractor at Inovia Capital
Took some time off. Still worked part-time at Inovia while learning from Pan-Pacific firms like Sozo Ventures, White Star Capital, and Coolwater Capital. Also visited Singapore, Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, and China
Toronto

San Francisco
Moved down to San Francisco to build a data analytics startup with my good friend and co-founder Isaac Bautista. While we ultimately decided to take a step back, we both learned so much from the experience, and am forever grateful to have received mentorship and help from Ro Founder Z Reitano and World CEO Alex Blania
Vancouver

Helped run the program's Compute and Biomedical Engineering programs for DeepTech startups looking to commercialize their research. Learned about DeepTech from some of the best in Canada
Founded Western Canada's first student-led VC fund with the support of Front Row Ventures. We deployed $150K into three BC-based startups, collaborated with dozens of local investors, accelerators, and programs to educate and empower the next generation of venture investors
San Francisco
First learned the ropes of venture investing from HealthTech Investor Michelle Colucci as DigitalDx's first venture fellow from Western Canada and UBC
